Survey for the bored 3: Who else suffers from this?

by chrisglos @ Tuesday, 18. Apr, 2006 - 19:26:46

Is anyone else afflicted by 'Mobile phone thigh' syndrome?

I appear to have developed a severe strain of it of late, and its getting worse.

The amount of times I feel the top of my thigh vibrating as if my phones going off....and when I reach into my pocket, well, by the beard of Zeus - it isnt! It was a phantom ring.

Whats even more disturbing is the amount of times it happens when my phones isnt even in my pocket!!!

Hmmm...and further scratchy chin type noises

Lol.

Not for a little while no.

Its true though - I wonder if the radiation has caused some molecular/genetic changes to me?? Perhaps I could be an additon to the Fantastic Four if it continues? The throbbing thigh.

Actually that sounds a bit dubious

You are on your own there - I carry mine in my jacket or shoulder bag..

If it's really a syndrome though you should patent a drug treatment - some carpetbagger will get around to that eventually and why shouldn't you profit from it..;)

Yep, do it all the time, then miss the calls when it really is my phone vibrating. Do what I've taken to doing and keep it in your pants.

....that could have disastrous results!! ;) lol

Besides, it might ruin the 'line' of the pants..

No I don't get that, but I get text alert auditory hallucinations. Especially if I'm waiting for someone to get back to me. I retrieve my phone from the bottom of my bag (what is it with us women?), only to discover that there's no little envelope on my screen, actually. It's my ears playing tricks on me.

Brad doesn't just get the phantom ring but he also answers it and wonders why no one is there!
