Sorry Pete, nicking your line there.
Kay that is, not Pete '18 stone of coke in a day' Doherty.
Well, not quite. But I've lost a stone in a month.
And it's all due to changing my insulin. Still got a bit more to lose I feel, but the change in insulin and removing the need for me to eat every 2 seconds, has dropped it in no time.
It also feels so much more better, I actually get hungry now, and feel so much better for the change. If only they'd diagnosed correctly when they should and saved so much hassle!!
Still, it's made the world of difference, and now it's settled in, I feel so much back to normal and good about it all. I no longer have to worry about food and being low and stuff.
Free now to do anything and be so flexible - just makes me that much more, well, happy. And not having to worry about it, its as if its not there anymore.
Happy and can go anywhere now, and be relaxed and its not on my mind. Lol.
So, I'm weighing myself again soon and I reckon I've lost another few pounds.
Thought I'd share that as Im quite chuffed about the weight loss and the change in insulin being so much better. Its made the world of difference
.
(Hopefully the grammar in that post was better than last nights atrocious effort!! lol. drink, eh).
