oh.. p.s dont want to put a downer on that website but they will pay no attention, the attention they pay is that of themselves....governments get paid off...they only way they change (old mind set) is when people die and even they are expendable.
actually this is quite interesting.. they have missed a few installations that not many people know about...
they have a poor safety and waste record indeed...see my blog.
