Oh man, I love the hummus. Which is how I spell it.
I generally make garlic and lemon, but I also love caramelised onion, or something with coriander. I eat it with nachos, pitta bread, toast, or if I don't have anything else, my fingers.
Did you know you can make it with kidney beans? Looks a bit like raspberry mousse, but it's nice!
